Scope
This policy covers the Blockfront Windows game and these static Blockfront pages. Alex Ast is the developer's public name; the eventual Microsoft Store page will identify the publishing account. Contact contactaacore@gmail.com for privacy requests.
Local play and settings
Offline bot matches do not require an account or internet connection. The game saves graphics preferences to a local Godot configuration file. Godot and Windows may create local logs containing version, device, graphics, and error details. The current game does not implement account profiles, persistent match history, cloud saves, ads, analytics, or in-app purchases.
Online play
Opening Online starts Epic Online Services (EOS) device-based sign-in. The game uses a generic display name, “Blockfront Player”; it does not send your machine's unique identifier as that display name. EOS creates and caches a device-linked product user identity, processes lobby identifiers and membership, and relays multiplayer traffic. The host receives gameplay inputs and makes authoritative decisions about tanks, robot units, damage, pickups, construction, and scores. Other participants receive match state needed to display the game. Team choice and match statistics are shown to lobby or match participants. An online session ends when the host leaves.
Epic processes service and connection information under its privacy policy. Blockfront does not operate its own account database or retain a developer-hosted match archive. A host or another participant could independently record what appears on their computer.
Website and support
These static pages contain no analytics tags, advertising trackers, account forms, or third-party scripts. The hosting provider may keep ordinary access/security logs such as IP address, requested page, browser information and time. When you email support, the developer and email provider receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send to answer your request. Do not send passwords, EOS credentials or private keys.
Storage, removal and control
Graphics preferences and the EOS local cache remain on your PC until removed. Uninstalling the game may leave local user data; see Your data for removal steps. Local deletion does not delete EOS provider records or another participant's independent recording. For EOS-held data, use Epic's privacy tools and policy. Ask support to remove correspondence when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention needs.
Children and future changes
The game contains stylized combat and optional interaction with other players. It is not presented as a child-directed service. No official age rating is claimed until Store classification is complete. New account, commerce, voice, chat, or analytics features would require a policy update before release.
